It was the boy’s Summer project to build a robot. He made it from scraps in his father’s garage. At first, the robot could do simple tasks like making sandwiches and sweeping the floor. By the Fall, the robot could bake a cake and sing cowboy songs. At Christmas, the robot dressed up as Santa and gave presents it had made for the family. By Spring, the robot did the family taxes and got back several thousand dollars. The following Summer, the robot would become their new overlord.
I guess you could say i got lost in Dreamland today. Probably a highly overused line but ended up 60 some photos in. Needed a break from working on projects… and Summer Robot was one of my favorites. Really liked the story with going from doing the taxes to becoming the overlord… 🙂
