I saw Jesus walking down Melrose Avenue. Several people pulled out their smart phones and tweeted of his arrival. A group of shoppers surrounded him asking for huge discounts and some hipsters at a Mexican restaurant wanted him to turn one margarita into fifty. He then walked into the middle of a busy intersection. Traffic stopped as he walked over an ocean of Hondas and Volkswagons. From the hood of a Prius he began to levitate into the air. He looked down to the crowd in the street and shouted, “Hey, you people, Would it kill ya to try a little kindness!” Sadly, Jesus was a stranger to irony.
